We Create Music Programs Tailored to Your School!
At Encore our goal is to create music programs that make each student’s musical journey not only unforgettably positive but also rewarding and inspiring, because we believe that a student who is excited about the prospect of playing well can overcome any obstacle. Whether you desire a solid music education class, show choir, orchestra, band or a rock band experience, we are the happy (and effective) place to build your music program! We have a team of Music Educators with classroom teaching experience in a variety of music and performing arts specialties. We currently provide K-5 music programs at Carver & Valentine Elementary Schools in the San Marino Unified School District, as well as 5th Grade Band and 5th Grade Orchestra. During the summer we add Musical Theater, Show Choir, Modern Band and Group Guitar classes to our school schedule. At Almansor Academy we provide K-12 music education for students with disabilities that struggle with learning and/or emotional challenges. We have also provide preschool piano and music programs at St. Edmunds Nursery School, Beyond the Classroom, San Marino Montessori, La Casita Verde and The Family Room.
K-12 Music Education
Having a variety of teachers means we can bring a variety of programs to your school! We write engaging and fun standards based lessons and performances for the general music classroom as well as for specialties. Our classes involve movement, singing, instruments, and cross- curricular connections that culminate in a fun performance. We tailor our programs for each school- if you can dream it we can build it!
Orchestra
Our band and orchestra programs take students with little to no experience and provide them with a foundation of excellence as we prepare them to perform, with the hopes to instill a desire and skill to pursue band and orchestra in middle and high school.

From acting and improv to musicals, we give students the confidence and skills to bring a story to life. From summer camp fun to school theater, audition prep courses and show choir, our teachers have fun building shows (and skills) with every student to bring out their natural talent and interest.

It has been a dream to work with you both. I truly hope that this is the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial relationship. I have had so many parents rave about the performances! It was a beautifully conceived, designed, and executed program start to finish. What a treasury of knowledge you are! You know what is right for the age group and voices. I don't have the correct terminology, but I could see the musical design of the numbers and how they artfully showcased the music standards.
